The new financial year is just around the corner. Starting from 1 July 2017, there will be a couple of changes to our agency fee structure. While MHE is committed to keeping your costs low wherever possible, some fee increases are unavoidable due to changes in government regulations.
The good news is that most of our service charges will remain exactly the same. However, two services will be increased. The cost of document stamping will now be $35.00 and standard searches will now be charged from $30.00 per item.

Additionally, the office of Land & Property Information have also released their 2017 fee changes, which now include GST on all services. You can view the updated LPI fee changes here.
Please take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with these changes, as they will come into effect immediately on 1 July 2017.
